A Family Care Team login is not a summary of what your child did today. It is the same guided exercise, on the same day, built by clinicians through mySHO's seven-year partnership with the UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute. When your child works through a lesson on handling a hard morning or naming a feeling, you have access to that same lesson under your own account.
That is the difference this is built around: a parent is not handed a progress report to interpret alone. A parent is offered the program.

The parts every family asks about first
Who sees what
School staff can see that a student is completing SEL360, never what they wrote. Response content is visible only to mySHO's licensed clinical partner, and only for a student whose family has consented. A parent's own Family Care Team responses work the same way: private, with consent as the gate before anything becomes part of a clinical record.
What it costs a family
SEL360 is brought in by a school or district, funded in year one through a grant or the school's own budget. After that, the clinical services it can lead to are sustained by public or private insurance, primarily Medicaid. A family does not need to resolve insurance to start using the Family Care Team.
Evidence based, not improvised
The Family Care Team runs on the same foundation as every other part of the program, not a separate, lighter version of it.
The exercise library is written by clinicians through this partnership. The technology selects, sequences and personalizes it. It does not generate the content.
The same curriculum a student uses is appropriate for the adult sitting across the table from them.
SEL360 is anchored in universal, everyday support and extends into screening and a clinical pathway when a student needs more.
SEL360 is an evidence-based curriculum. It is not therapy and is not a substitute for clinical care. Where a student's needs go beyond the curriculum, SEL360 connects to a licensed clinical pathway, with family consent required before any clinical service begins.
