GritX is a non-profit website from mental health providers, researchers and staff.

GritX is a non-profit website comprised of various webpages created and operated by mental health providers and staff at the University of California San Francisco. It was created to help youth, their families, and others understand what mental health is, decrease the stigma surrounding mental health issues, increase resilience in adolescents and young adults, and provide various tools to help one achieve mental health and wellness GritX is a psychoeducational website that has seventeen distinct sections. The site provides both internal and external mental health resources that users can explore in order to deepen their understanding of particular mental health topics, and connect with other resources both within and outside their communities. The information is not intended as medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical advice that one would receive from a doctor. Always seek the advice of a doctor(s) or other qualified mental health professionals with any questions you may have.
