Suspensions fell 77% at the first school that ran our program for a year.
There aren't enough mental-health professionals for the students who need them today. mySHO was built for that gap — clinician-authored support delivered in the classroom, for every student, every day, with clinical pathways for the students who need more.

I need support my counselors can't scale
Universal classroom support for every student, plus targeted and clinical pathways for those who need more.
See the program →I want to see it work somewhere real
Three written case studies from Cleveland, Brooklyn and Chicago, with every figure sourced and caveated.
Read the case studies →I serve youth outside a school building
One platform behind several programs — violence intervention, workforce readiness and family support.
See the platform →I want the detail before I commit
Program overview, launch journey, live engagement data and the clinical foundations behind the content.
Open resources →"We are in a crisis, and I think everyone knows that. We just do not have enough therapists or mental-health providers to meet the need for face-to-face therapy."
— Dr. Sherry Blake, Ph.D., Clinical Psychologist
Referral waitlists are where it breaks. A student who needs help in October and is seen in February was not served. mySHO puts support in front of every student before the crisis — and opens a clinical pathway the moment one is needed.
Built on the mySHO Scalable Care platform
The same clinician-authored library and care infrastructure underneath, packaged for the setting you work in.
SEL360
A 32-week social-emotional learning program delivered as two consecutive 16-week sessions. Universal Tier 1 support in the classroom, with Tier 2 and Tier 3 clinical pathways. Zero prep for teachers.
CVI+
The same foundation adapted for community settings and youth at elevated risk, delivered alongside local partners rather than inside a single school building.
TheraNet
A provider-facing layer connecting clinical teams to the same platform. In development — not currently available for deployment.
Proof, in four numbers
The first two are outcomes; the second two are platform scale. Suspension and expulsion figures are from Innovation Academy West, Cleveland — Phase 1, April–December 2025, measured against the prior year from the school's own administrative records (13 suspensions down to 3; 2 expulsions down to 0). These are observed results from a single-school pilot, not a controlled trial. Phase 2 is running under contract through August 2026. The exercise count and language coverage describe the platform as a whole, not that pilot.
Cost shouldn’t be what keeps a child from support
The school or district funds it
Through a grant, or an existing social-emotional learning or mental-health budget line. No insurance dependency in the first year, so a launch never waits on a billing relationship.
Private & public insurance (Medicaid)
Clinical services are billed by a licensed Medicaid Service Provider (MSP) partner in your state. mySHO brings the curriculum and the platform; the MSP partner holds the clinical license and does the billing.
Clinical foundations, not a chatbot
The exercise library was authored through a seven-year partnership with the institute. Clinicians write the content; the AI selects, sequences and personalizes it. It does not generate clinical material.
Care coordination and billing infrastructure built by the architects of Epic and MyChart. Not an EHR — the layer underneath that lets clinical work be delivered and reimbursed at scale.
HIPAA, FERPA, COPPA, HITECH, NIST 800-171, PCI DSS and GDPR. The two regulatory worlds a school-based clinical program has to satisfy at once.
The National Best Practice Network
Sites running the program meet monthly to compare what is actually working.

Request a demoNotes. mySHO Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation founded in 2019 in Shaker Heights, Ohio, minority- and veteran-owned. SEL360 and CVI+ are programs delivered on the mySHO Scalable Care platform, which runs on Scalable Care's digital care infrastructure. Curriculum developed in partnership with the UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute. Cleveland figures are from the Innovation Academy West End-of-Pilot Report and Phase 2 board materials. Private & public insurance (Medicaid) billing is performed by the licensed Medicaid Service Provider partner in each market, not by mySHO or Scalable Care.
