The Platform

Social-emotional learning, systematically delivered.

SEL360 automates the daily delivery of clinically validated social-emotional learning content — 15 minutes a day, every school day. No additional burden on teachers. No curriculum overhaul required.

Built on seven years of clinical research from UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute, SEL360 teaches the five core competencies that determine long-term behavioral and workforce success.

Human-Seeded AI

The AI delivers. Clinicians author and oversee.

What "Human-Seeded" means

The AI does not generate content freely. Every response, every suggested exercise, every crisis pathway was written by a licensed clinician first. The AI selects, sequences, and personalizes — it does not create.

This is the critical distinction between mySHO and general-purpose AI models being used in mental health contexts without clinical oversight.

What this means for your organization

No hallucination — the platform cannot invent clinical guidance.

Accountability — every pathway is auditable and traceable to its clinical source.

Compliance — closed-system AI; no external data training.

Oversight — clinical supervisors review AI interaction patterns in real time.

"After a review of the resources that underlie the mySHO platform, it is my professional opinion that this platform offers an innovative approach to serving school-age youth... I recommend it without reservation."
Dr. Tammy L. Hughes, Ph.D., ABPP  ·  Fellow, American Psychological Association  ·  Board Certified in School Psychology  ·  Chief Psychology Officer, mySHO

CVI+
Community Violence Intervention Platform

The outreach worker can't be everywhere. CVI+ can.

CVI+ is the only digital therapeutic purpose-built for community violence intervention — extending the trusted outreach worker relationship into all 168 hours of the week, detecting dual-crisis signals, and activating a structured response before violence occurs.

Force Multiplier model — verified against traditional CVI outreach worker capacity (40–50 hrs/week → 168 hrs/week platform coverage)
The Platform

Violence intervention that doesn't stop at 5 PM.

Traditional CVI programs depend entirely on the outreach worker's physical presence — 40 to 50 hours a week, reactive, and invisible between contacts. CVI+ changes that equation entirely.

Built on the same 300+ UCSF Langley Porter evidence-based library as SEL360, CVI+ delivers structured trauma-informed content to participants at the moment they need it most — 2 AM, between contacts, in the hours when decisions are made.

CVI+ doesn't replace the relationship the outreach worker has already built. It extends it into every hour of the week.

Real-World Scenario

Kevin, 17, witnessed a shooting earlier that day. He's alone at 2 AM. Spiraling — anger, fear, thoughts of retaliation. His outreach worker Marcus had no idea. The next check-in isn't until Tuesday.

With CVI+, Kevin engages the platform. The AI detects dual-crisis language — rage outward and hopelessness inward. Marcus gets an alert. He reaches out. Together they work through it.

CVI+ NYC / DYCD Program Narrative

The Force Multiplier Effect

CVI+ doesn't replace trusted messengers — it multiplies their reach.

Every outreach worker using CVI+ becomes exponentially more effective — without changing how they work or how many people they employ.

Dual-Crisis Detection

The only platform that catches both directions of violence.

Existing CVI platforms focus on outward violence. CVI+ addresses the dual crisis that most programs miss entirely.

Outward Violence Prevention

#1 cause of death for Black males ages 15–34

CVI+ equips outreach workers with real-time engagement data, dual-crisis trigger detection, and structured de-escalation pathways — shifting the CVI model from reactive to proactive prevention.

Inward Violence Prevention

#2 cause of death for youth ages 10–24

Youth exposed to community violence have 2–3× higher rates of suicidal ideation. The same risk factors — trauma, hopelessness, isolation — drive both outcomes. CVI+ catches both in a single platform.

Platform Features

Built for the realities of CVI work.

Every feature was designed around how outreach workers, participants, and program administrators actually operate.

24/7 Participant Access

Participants engage the platform at any hour — especially in the critical overnight and weekend windows when outreach workers are unavailable and decisions are made.

Outreach Worker Dashboard

Real-time visibility into participant engagement, session activity, crisis flags, and exercise completion — giving outreach workers the data to act before situations escalate.

Crisis Detection & Escalation

Automated keyword monitoring triggers a structured escalation chain — outreach worker, Family Care Team, clinical supervisor, 988 — when crisis indicators are detected.

NIL Avatar Technology

Outreach workers create a personalized AI avatar using their own face and voice — extending their trusted presence 24/7, in 92 languages, at no additional cost to the participant.

Family Care Team Portal

Family members and caregivers receive controlled platform access — transforming them from bystanders into active prevention partners through the same evidence-based library.

Program Administrator Analytics

Aggregate engagement data, crisis flag trends, and outreach worker activity — the reporting infrastructure required for grant documentation and contract renewal.

Crisis Escalation Protocol

No crisis goes unaddressed.

When CVI+ detects crisis language, an automated, structured escalation chain activates immediately. Four tiers. Zero gaps.

1

Outreach Worker

Immediate alert to the assigned outreach worker with participant activity context

2

Family Care Team

Family members notified via their Family Care Team portal access

3

Clinical Supervisor

Case Management Supervisor or Journey clinical lead alerted for assessment

4

988 / Emergency

Direct connection to 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or emergency services

TheraNet
Clinician Case Management & Telehealth Platform

The clinical platform built for the way therapists actually work.

TheraNet extends the therapeutic relationship between sessions — giving licensed clinicians tools to assign evidence-based content, track client engagement, document for Medicaid billing, and never let a crisis go undetected.

Currently in development — built on the mySHO Scalable Care platform · Target launch: 2026
The Platform

From the session room to every moment in between.

Most clinical platforms end when the session ends. TheraNet doesn't. It gives licensed practitioners the infrastructure to extend their therapeutic influence into the hours between appointments — through clinician-assigned content, real-time engagement monitoring, and an AI layer that is always under the clinician's control.

Built on the same 300+ UCSF Langley Porter evidence-based library as SEL360 and CVI+, TheraNet deploys the same Human-Seeded AI engine — with one critical difference: every AI interaction is governed by the clinician, not platform defaults.

TheraNet is designed for licensed therapists, counselors, social workers, and the practice administrators who support them.

Per-Client AI Toggle — The Critical Distinction

TheraNet's AI chatbot is off by default for every client. The clinician enables it individually, per client, based on clinical judgment. This is not a platform-wide setting — it is a per-relationship clinical decision.

This means TheraNet can serve both clients for whom AI is therapeutically appropriate and those for whom it is not — in the same practice, on the same platform, with no clinical risk of unsupervised AI interaction.

Who It Serves

Four roles. One integrated platform.

TheraNet is architected around the four people in every clinical relationship.

Licensed Clinician

Controls all AI settings. Assigns content from the 300+ UCSF library. Monitors client engagement between sessions. Generates Medicaid documentation.

Client / Participant

Receives clinician-assigned exercises. Engages the AI chatbot only if the clinician has enabled it. Completes journaling and self-assessments between appointments.

Practice Administrator

Manages clinician accounts, billing setup, and practice-level reporting. Does not access individual clinical records.

Family Care Team

Designated family members receive controlled platform access at no additional cost — enabling home-based continuation of therapeutic work.

Platform Capabilities

Everything a practice needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Content & Assignment

Clinician-Controlled Content Assignment

Assign targeted exercises from the 300+ UCSF-validated library to individual clients or groups. All assignments are timestamped, auto-logged, and traceable to their clinical source.

Monitoring

Client Engagement Dashboard

Real-time visibility into client exercise completion, session lengths, journaling entries, and engagement trends — so the clinician walks in prepared, every time.

Crisis Response

Crisis Detection & Escalation

Automated monitoring triggers a structured escalation chain — clinician, Family Care Team, clinical supervisor, 988 — when self-harm or crisis indicators are detected, regardless of the hour.

Billing & Documentation

Medicaid Documentation Support

Auto-generated session logs, timestamped exercise records, and exportable progress reports aligned to Medicaid billing code documentation requirements.

Language Access

92-Language Full Platform Support

Complete platform UI and AI content delivery in 92 languages. No client excluded by language. Consistent with SEL360 and CVI+ — one infrastructure, full language parity.

Deployment

White-Label & Co-Branding Capability

TheraNet can be deployed under a partner organization's brand — enabling MSP partners, health systems, and FQHCs to offer it as part of their own continuum of care.
