Digital Therapeutics for Schools, Communities & Clinicians
Last updated August 19, 2026

mySHO Inc. (My Select Health Options) is a minority owned and veteran owned digital therapeutics company, founded in 2019 in Shaker Heights, Ohio, in the Cleveland Health Tech Corridor, with offices in Chicago (Life Time Work, River North) and New York City. It is a Delaware C Corporation, founded by U.S. military veterans Terry O. Williams (Chief Executive Officer) and A.J. Pasha (President and Chief Operating Officer). mySHO delivers an evidence based social and emotional learning curriculum to schools, community organizations, clinicians, and athletic programs.

The business changed in 2026. mySHO moved from an AI forward product to a structured, evidence based curriculum funded through public or private insurance, primarily Medicaid. Ohio's Medicaid School Program State Plan Amendment is now enacted, expanding eligibility beyond students with IEPs and widening the billable population. That shift is what turns a one time pilot into recurring, billable service. mySHO was named a 2026 Semi Finalist in the Forge to Field AI Pitch Competition, presented by Carnegie Mellon University's Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship and the AI Strike Team.

One platform, many programs

Everything mySHO offers runs on a single clinical core. The mySHO Scalable Care platform holds the curriculum: more than 300 clinician authored exercises validated over a seven year partnership with the UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute, organized across the five core competencies of the CASEL framework and delivered in 92 languages. It runs on Scalable Care digital care infrastructure, which provides care coordination and produces the billing ready clinical record. Scalable Care's Chief Technology Officer, John Denning, co developed Epic and MyChart. The infrastructure is HIPAA, FERPA, and COPPA compliant. Clinicians author every exercise first. The platform selects, sequences, and personalizes, and never generates clinical content on its own. Each program below is a new configuration of that shared core, not a new build.

SEL360

Flagship · live today

A 32 week curriculum delivered as two consecutive 16 week sessions, designed for about 30 minutes of structured daily practice. Appropriate across age groups, delivered in school, community, and family settings, and built to run with no added teacher burden.

Tier 1 through Tier 3 support every day, from universal prevention through enhanced services and crisis response. Designed to operate at a 105 to 1 participant to clinician ratio, which is a program design target rather than a measured result.

mySHO Athletics

Working title · in development

Mental performance for athletes, coaches, and athletic departments. The same clinician authored library, delivered on a weekly in season plan, with coaches and trainers able to assign a targeted exercise to one athlete or a whole roster. No clinical training required.

Built for the pressures athletes actually carry: performance anxiety, the mental side of injury recovery, transfer portal and NIL decisions, and the transition out of sport.

The product name shown here is a working title. The actual name is confidential pending trademark.

TheraNet

Coming soon

A planned clinical extension of the mySHO Scalable Care platform, for licensed providers, bringing the same clinician authored library and documentation model into a provider's own caseload.

Not yet available and not being sold. Timing will be announced.

CVI+

Live · community settings

Extends the same curriculum into community violence intervention work. Outreach workers and credible messengers assign targeted exercises from a phone or tablet, then step back as the participant gains independence, on an "I do, we do, you do" gradual release structure.

How it is funded

Year 1 is customer funded, through a grant or an existing SEL or mental health budget. From Year 2 forward, delivery is sustained by public or private insurance, primarily Medicaid, so an active school becomes recurring billable service rather than a one time pilot. mySHO does not bill. It operates a co equal joint partnership with Neighborhood Behavioral Services (NBS), a licensed behavioral health organization with a multi year, zero failed audit Medicaid record, which serves as the enrolled billing provider of record. mySHO leads curriculum and platform. NBS leads clinical operations, staffing, payer process, and audit readiness.

What a site actually gets

mySHO provides the SEL360 program and the platform it runs on, facilitator onboarding and on site delivery support, engagement dashboards and end of session reporting, claim data exports built so the billing provider can submit clean, audit ready claims, and the implementation playbooks to run it. NBS provides the licensed clinical supervision, case manager staffing, claims submission, and audit readiness. A school or community organization builds nothing and runs no billing. It provides access, facilitation staff, and consent infrastructure.
