SEL360 is a structured social-emotional learning program built on an evidence-based curriculum of clinician-authored exercises developed in partnership with the UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute, delivered in 16-week sessions through short, daily classroom-friendly activities. mySHO leads the curriculum and platform; our licensed behavioral health partner leads clinical staffing and family support.
