SEL360 Family Program Selection

Focus Schools provides SEL360, a school-based social-emotional learning program, to students during the school day. SEL360 also connects families, on an optional basis, to SEL360+, additional individual clinical and mental fitness support delivered by NBS (Neighborhood Behavioral Services) and covered by your family’s private and public insurance, primarily Medicaid. This form lets you choose your child’s level of participation in each. Please complete one form per student.
